Positioned on the top floor of what was once a grand merchant residence, this house-like apartment was thoughtfully reimagined to enhance both its architectural heritage and its exceptional harbour outlook.

Working in close collaboration with Cober Studio, the interiors were developed as a considered response to the apartment’s Art Deco heritage and elevated harbour setting. Period references were interpreted with restraint, allowing architectural details, bespoke joinery and carefully selected furniture to bring a sense of continuity between past and present. The approach prioritised liveability and craftsmanship, ensuring the interiors felt both elegant and grounded, with contemporary functionality seamlessly integrated into the home’s historic framework.
