Located on Loftus Street within the Quay Quarter precinct, this inner-city apartment forms part of a considered rebuild by Silvester Fuller. The project marked a significant transition for our client, who downsized from a five-bedroom family home to a refined two-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city, drawn by a long-held love of urban living and immersion in Sydney’s cultural life.

With only a curated selection of collectible pieces gathered through travel, the furnishing approach focused on restraint and clarity, allowing these personal objects to sit comfortably within a calm, soft minimalist framework. The result is a quietly layered interior that feels both resolved and deeply personal, balancing architectural rigor with warmth and lived-in ease.
